Who we are
The controller of your information is Triple Pepper Ltd.
Triple Pepper Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 17346023, at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA. For anything in this policy, email juan@triplepepper.co.uk.
What we collect, and why
Only what the work actually needs.
- Enquiries. If you email or use a link on this site to write to us, we hold your message and contact details so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. Our basis is legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
- Bookings. Calls are booked through cal.com, which collects your name, email and chosen time under its own policy, and passes them to us.
- The quote tool. Your answers stay in your own browser. Nothing reaches us unless you choose to send it, at which point it arrives by email. One optional free-text field, limited to 120 characters, describes your industry.
- Client areas. Clients with a password-protected area generate a record when they accept a quote: what was accepted, and when. Those records are stored by Vercel and emailed through Resend.
- Visitor numbers. Counted through Vercel Web Analytics, without cookies and without identifying individuals.
- Advertising measurement. Only if you accept cookies. See the cookie policy.
Who else sees it
A short list, and no selling.
We never sell personal information and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. The services that process information on our behalf are: Vercel (hosting and storage), Spacemail (our email), Resend (sending confirmations), cal.com (bookings), Google (fonts, and advertising measurement if you accept), and Crunch (accounting, for client billing records).
Some of these are based outside the UK. Where information is transferred, it relies on the provider's standard protections for international transfers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are kept for up to two years. Records relating to client work are kept for seven years, because tax law requires it. Quote drafts in your browser expire after 24 hours. Advertising cookies expire as described in the cookie policy.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, and ask us to delete it.
